[hank-devel] Approval?

When I set the list up, I told it to require moderator approval to join the 
list. I've had no reason to deny anyone, though, and I don't forsee the need 
to do so anytime soon, so unless anyone has any specific complaints I intend 
to switch the list to open (ie, no approval required). If anyone does 
disagree with this decision, please take it up with me via email 
(are...@ho...) and I'll reconsider. If I don't have any complaints 
by Friday I'm going to open up the list.
