#1 Missing content.xml for eclipse install

When I try to install HandySplit from the eclipse market place, I get

Unable to read repository at https://sourceforge.net/projects/handysplit/files/update/content.xml.
Unable to read repository at https://sourceforge.net/projects/handysplit/files/update/content.xml.
Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

If I try curl or wget for that url, I get a 404.

Can you either setup the proper content.xml file or communicate the proper install url or procedure to use?
