#80 cannot sync

installed great on a win2000 laptop and works and
uploads/sync to website great

on another win xp (home edition) laptop the following
error gets generated

(the MS JVM from the handynotes website link has been
installed....

the file attached also shows the error as it pops up

error reads:

Syncronization error: java.lang.Exception: Problem
parsing notes from server: Next character must be ";"
terminating reference to entity "A".

same user as above, here now

teh same error now occurs on the WIn2000 laptop that
previously was syncing ok, ever since the error happened on
the otehr WinXP home edition laptop, now this WIn2000 laptop
has started experiencing it also..

Synchronization error: java.lang.Exception: Problem parsing
notes from server: Next character must be ";" terminating
