#56 interoperability problem with Windows XP TaskSwitch

To reproduce:

Start TaskSwitch (free download from Microsoft)
Start HandyNotes
Open HandyNotes (to put an icon in the taskbar)
Start a few other applications
Alt-Tab to wake up TaskSwitch -- you now see a list of
icons, one for each application in the taskbar, and a
preview window. Tab among the icons to select an
application to switch to.
Either select HandyNotes within TaskSwitch, or tab
over the HandyNotes icon within TaskSwitch.
You can no longer get proper focus to HandyNotes.
The tray icon answers a right-click, and you can "Open
HandyNotes" there to get it on top, but you still can't
get focus. You can also "Exit" using the tray icon.

After exiting and restarting HandyNotes, everything
works fine unless you do the above again.
