This is a major feature and will form the glue between
Handlebar and EnvBase etc. The idea is that based on
existing blocks or on report results you can construct
ordered lists of barcodes. These can be given a
comment and an owner and each list will get an
accession - something like cc.01.aaa - which
incorporates the database prefix. The accession can
then be used as a link and it will be possible to
browse the collections via the reporter interface (and
hence eventually via web services).
A detailed spec for this and incorporation of
collection editing into the web interface (eg "make a
collection from these results", manage collections,
edit collection order/content) will take some time.
This is the milestone for Handlebar 2.1 or even 3.
