Handivote Readme

'handivote-original' contains the original Handivote system. Voter 
identification is through ID and PIN, SMS votes are processed in real time, and
votes can be placed through a web interface.

'handivote-lite' contains the Handivote Lite system. Voters are identified
by phone number only, SMS messages are processed in one batch, and web voting
is not available.
