First words

As you will soon recognize, this Wiki is still only in its very early days and not all information that you would like to find is already available. However, over time this will hopefully change and as HaMStR improves, hopefully so does this Wiki.

[BugReports and minor changes]

This section is most likely the most relevant part as it contains information about recently discovered bugs that either have been reported by others, or that I have recognized myself. So, it might be a good idea to now and then check these pages until I have set up a mailing list that allows me to contact you directly.

[HaMStR Output]

Here you will find some information about the output HaMStR generates in the course of analysis.

[HaMStR Core ortholog sets]

I have a number of core ortholog sets available that are available upon request.
