Hello.

We are using your library and have found it to be quite useful.  Thanks
for the hard work.  Now we have a question.

Is there anyway to tell when the message is accepted by the central
server, say using the Yahoo protocol?  We would like to keep from flooding
the connection and waiting for the response packet seems to be a decent
way to act as a throttle.  Or maybe there is a better way.
