#41 java.lang.System.arraycopy causes log off from AIM

When i have logged into AIM for around 24 Hrs early in the
morning i get the following exception 
java.lang.System.arraycopy 
hamsam.protocol.aim.snac.SNACPacket.<init>(SNACPacket.java:
83) 
After which i get looged out of AIM. The test client still seems to be
running but i am looged out of AIM. I tried catching this exception
in the Reader thread but still i get logged off.  
Since i do not know enough about the AIM protocol, what is the fix
for this issue?
