Hi Uwe.

Please continue to use 4.7.  Rig support will be the same between the
two branches for the foreseeable future.  I've added the FTX-1 additions
a few days ago to both branches and some command fixes for the new
IC-7300MK2 last night.  A handful more fixes remain and I plan to
release 4.7.0 in about two weeks time--15 Feb.
