[Hamlib-developer] WSJT-X bandchanges crash SmartSDR

Hi all, merry XMAS!

I've had a problem with WSJT-X using libhamlib4.dll updated to the 
newest version.

My setup:
- Windows 11 pro
- FlexRadio Flex-6500 with SmartSDR 4.1.5
- DAX and CAT 4.1.5
- MiniDeluxe to get port 7809 for HamRadioDeluxe:

- WSJT-X setup to HamRadioDeluxe

Changing bands from WSJT-X crashes SmartSDR and the Flex-6500.
I have feedback from other OM, who have the same crash, telling me that
it was caused by a "CAT storm" and hamlib.
BTW using the specific Flex-6XXX setting and a network server causes the 
same problem.
