Probably, but these browsers treat HTTPS as some sort of panacea and HTTP as some sort of pariah. Does the snapshots page really require HTTPS? IMO, no. I took over the hamlib.org domain from Martin Ewing years back and set it to point to one of the sites and then things changed so I stuck the redirect at SourceForge to have one landing page.
