As you want the FTX-1, then a snapshot of 4.7~git will be your choice. I will be releasing 4.6.5 this week but it only pertains to a couple of segfault fixes and has no support for the FTX-1. Of course, those fixes have been applied to 4.7~git as well. I think the run-time stability of 4.7~git is as good as any prior release right now and has received a lot of fixes over the past couple of months. As we'd like to release 4.7.0 sometime in the next couple of months or so, the ABI will not change so when it is released, current versions of applications should work with the resulting .so/.DLL.
