[Hamlib-developer] hamlib Icom IC-7851 and IC-705 WSJTX

The recent changes to the icom files have broken the 
wsjtx from working on my IC-7851 and IC-705
The wsjtx recognizes the the radio and outputs the switching 
between Transmit and receive. But no transmit audio is getting to the radio.
