[Hamlib-developer] Mailing list attachment limit

Hi all.

A recent message was held by Mailman for having an attachment too large
for the list.  Unfortunately, while I received a notice to approve the
message, Mailman, apparently helpfully, lost it.  🤬

As a result I have raised the limit considerably but I ask that
attachments be limited to 500k or less as it's likely we have list
members on slow links.  Oft times a screenshot is better than several
paragraphs and are welcome.
