Then turn on Save/Diagnostic mode and send me the Desktop\logs\WSJT-X_RigControl.log
It is expecting the login to be "admin" with no password right now.

Hamlib is a library which is compiled into a lot of ham radio software. If the software does use hamlib, then your radios should be available in the drop down list as Codan Envoy and Codan NGT. I've checked with both WSJT-X and FL-DIGI and these are both in the drop down list.
There is also a command-line interface (rigctl) that you can use. You will have to read the manual to find the exact commands to use.

Subject: [Hamlib-developer] HamLib and Codan I use ham software to control my radios like other folks.  I noticed HAMLIB has the ability to control Codan radios (versions 4.5 and 4.6).  How do I use HAMLIB to connect to a Codan NGT radio?  I tried using the normal way via the windows ham software and it doesn't work.
