[Hamlib-developer] HamLib and Codan

I use ham software to control my radios like other folks.  I noticed HAMLIB
has the ability to control Codan radios (versions 4.5 and 4.6).  How do I
use HAMLIB to connect to a Codan NGT radio?  I tried using the normal way
via the windows ham software and it doesn't work.
