[Hamlib-developer] Support for Sky-Watcher motor controller

Hi guys,

I would like to add support for direct connection from PC (Hamlib) to Sky-Watcher mount. Protocol is described here:

Is it something that comply with hamlib design/feature-set? Just want to make sure my pull request won’t be rejected straight away.
