[Hamlib-developer] Sending raw commands from perl?

I've been poking at the perl API of hmalib to make a gtk frontend to
control my remote radio.

I've gotten most things I need working, but having no luck with
rig_send_raw etc. From rigctl command i'm able to send the appropriate
commands to the remote rigctld and they work.

Any tips would be appreciated. I'm using an ft891 on the rigcltd side,
if it helps.
