I can confirm this is a bug....
You can subscribe to this issue -- I should have a fix today.  New package will be available overnight at https://n0nb.users.sourceforge.net/ or I can send you a new DLL for Windows if you are on Windows.

For TS-590S it doesn't work. 
Always 2200 for LSB/USB and 500 for CW. I believe it's default values.
