[Hamlib-developer] New FT-890 backend

Hi All.

I just added a backend for the Yaesu FT-890/FT-890AT.  While the basis
for this is the FT-920 backend I've been working on, darned little code
sharing seems to be possible as too many things are different.  Perhaps 
in the future I can merge some things into the yaesu.c/h, but for now it
appears things will stay seperate.

Supported front end functions in this release are:

rig_set_freq
rig_get_freq
rig_set_mode
rig_get_mode
rig_set_vfo
rig_get_vfo
rig_set_split
rig_get_split

As usual testing for my hidden bugs would be nice.  :-)
