My rig has three VFO's.  VFOa, VFOb are on Main, and VFOc is on SUB.
When in Satellite mode its a little different.  My subreceiver is kind of like
an HT with access to the Main memory and antenna ports.  The controls
and TX control which are active have <PTT>/<CTRL> on the LCD .
These are independent so you can Transmit on one and control the other
or just have both on one.  It makes things dicey knowing what to do.

My definitions will support this but it appears that Main/Sub will have to be
independent of VFOa, VFOb, etc...  This will have to be in the backend or
in Caps as Stephane suggested.

I can force PTT/CTRL to always match.  This will work until things get worked
out, but users (me) will quickly get irritated when CTRL or worse PTT gets
moved
somewhere it isn't supposed to be.  Interesting issues.
