I forgot to mention one important thing: my circuit and my radio are
working perfectly fine under W2K with the DXLab suite
(http://www.qsl.net/dxlab/download.htm)

The circuit I am using is available online at:

That's why I'm puzzled, because I've already tested the hardware
separetely from hamlib.
