[Hamlib-developer] New RPMs for hamlib 1.1.3

Hi,

I have built new RPMs for Red Hat using the spec file from Joop. I could
not build the hamlib++ RPM though (I had to disable the C++ bindings). I
think that's an old bug, which has been fixed since.
Should I upload the RPMs to the SF upload server?
