Stephen, I have already written a beta library for the PCR1000 and as far as I know, the PCR100 and 1000 radios use the same icom protocol. Look at the source code and there should be enough to get you going. If not, email me and I'll give you all the details I have. It's not perfect, but it does work. Good luck! I have a pcr100 that I like but I use Linux almost exclusivly and would love to be able to use the radio without having to boot W98.
