Wait a minute. I'd rather not unleash 1.1.4cvs rpm in the wild.
The reason is simple. cvs snapshots have unstabilised API, which can be
a nightmare to cope with for end applications.

However, it's good to get the spec file ready for the forthcoming 1.1.4.
