yes, this was fixed and commited to CVS rep shortly after 1.1.3 came out.
The latest snapshot is available at http://www.hamlib.org/bleeding-edge/

Note: we definitely need a 1.1.4 release, but beforehand, I'd like to
make couple of fixes to the API, especially regarding the vfo/split
handling. I'll expose that in a separate mail.
