Well, you're right, the web pages are a bit outdated. 

Anyway, Nate did an excellent job with wsmake to make it easy to
maintain yet effective web site.  I've bounced you the wsmake archive.
The .deb is available at http://sf.net/projects/wsmake
The web site is accessed through scp:

There's also a 'html.hamlib' cvs module, but it isn't up to date.
Maybe the archive I pushed you would a good candidate to populate it.
