[Hamlib-developer] Satellite mode

Hi all,

The satellite mode -vs- split are issues I've raised before.  Glad to
see somebody else is seeing the problem.  For the naming and such of the
VFO modes see branch_ts2k.  Maybe my version of rig.h can help out.
