Sorry for the late reply. I was out /P in EU-068 (not so many QSO, mainly because
of local "humidity". hi). I'm now back from my short vacation.

Okay, hamlib 1.1.3 definitely needs to be released. I would propose to upload
a release candidate, and if everyone is fine with it, after say a week, 
finaly make it happen :)

Could you include some traces of the failure?
