okay, kenwood_transaction changed a bit. It checks now for max received
bytes. The kenwood_* funcs were not setting this limit. Should be fixed
now.

Also commited a fix to rig_get_strengh. It is supposed to return 0
for S9 (and -54 for S0). Joop, I've attached a fix for xlog-0.6rc1. 
Works okay with my IC706. Status bar is cute :)
