This was just to start compiling the frontend lib for verification
of what we had done so far ...

Yes, lets get directory organized.  A hamlib release done, and then
we have something to show and attract others :-)

I think it would be good to get the reorg done, and then I will
post to various groups about our project, its goals, status,
and request for help.
