[Hamlib-developer] Can I change menu settings of the FT-991A?

Hello,

I wondered if it was possible to change menu settings using rigctl? Looking at the caps dump of the 991A I don't see anything that suggests that this can be done. I have purchased RT Systems program which contains a menu editor but it doesn't play well with screen readers.

So I thought I would ask here.
