[Hamlib-developer] stop_morse for Kenwood

Implement stop_morse for some Kenwood rigs - only for those I could find 
documentation confirming it was supported.


Something I could have used last weekend in ARRL DX CW - when I hit 
return in the wrong mode in `tlf`.

Tested on my TS-890S, docs say the others are the same.
