I am trying to use the 32-bit .exe with MSVC 2019, but immediately fell over missing pthread.h. I am upgrading from 4.2.

I am trying various ways to get pthread.h available to MSVC. I’ve tried NuGet and it then fails not finding an unspecified .dll. Mow trying vcpkg.

My fallback eventually is to recompile under Cygwin, but ‘ll have to find my notes from a few years back when I last tried that.

After months of work by Mike and many contributors, Hamlib 4.5 is
released to the wild.  Downloads are available from:
