[Hamlib-developer] Icom IC-729 Support

Hello! I would like to see support for the Icom 729 added. It is basically the 728 but the CI-V address is 0x3A by default. This should be a simple change. I am willing to test but I need a helping hand as this is all new to me. Thank you!
