Hi everyone,

I've been adding initial support for Icom Marine radios in Hamlib.
These are models ID 3001 for IC-M700PRO, 3003 for IC-M710 and
3002 for IC-M802 backend.

They are available in the git repo, and also in the coming
nightly build at http://n0nb.users.sourceforge.net/ (including zip for Windows).

For a non standard remote ID, you may pass option "-C remoteid=xx" to rigctl.

Please report to the Hamlib mailing-list the outcome of your tests.
