Keep on trying to get the list of commands from ICOM.

We were more lucky with ham HF transceivers, the command list appears
at the end of the manual, which is not the case for Marine Radios :(

Under "fair-use", we can try to get an insight of the protocol like did this guy:

I don't own an ICOM Marine Radio, but if some of you can do beta-testing,
I'll try to create a new hamlib backend "icmarine" (or any better name?)
