[Hamlib-developer] test mode

There's a high probability that I'm simply being blind, but I cannot see a
command that puts a rig into test mode (i.e., functions normally, but doesn't
actually transmit). Is there such a command?

(I have to admit that my eyes glaze over pretty quickly while looking at the
Doxygen output.)
