Any chance HAMLIB will support the Kenwood TM-V71A transceiver soon?

Try configuring Hamlib to use the Kenwood D710 type.  Should work fine.

The V71A doesn't support changing bands via. software.  I wrote the code
to use channel memories instead, and it works great, but haven't
integrated into rigctl.
