[Hamlib-developer] WSJT-X fails with current master

Built and installed current master and then run WSJT-X - fails during 
rig open.

WSJT-X log attached, I'll try to replicate manually.

That sounds like rigctld is not running.

No, I had just started rigctld.  I think the 'connection refused' came 
from trying to connect to ::1.

I did a fresh git pull this afternoon to get today's commits, and now it 
works. "Timeout on open" maybe?
