Hi all,
I'm testing prosistel rotator backend.

Simply reading and setting azimuth for now.

Is this patch to be applied to the current master branch?  I'll check it
over a bit later.

I've applied this to the master branch.  The prosistel/prosistel.c file
is generating the following compiler warnings:

I did not edit them as I assume you may be planning to error test these
values in the future.  I'd like to see these cleaned up before the 3.1
release.

I'll commit your patch, thanks very much!  It will be pushed out in a
few minutes and will be tomorrow's daily snapshot.

warnings are cleaned up.

I also added elevation code as comment for future testing.
