[Hamlib-developer] HAMLIB 1.2.5 problems

Hello together,

I tried to use HAMLIB 1.2.5...Compiling and installing were OK.
If I try "rigctl -V" from a shell I'll get...
rigctl: error while loading shared libraries: libhamlib-1.2.5.so.2: cannot=
=20
open shared object file: No such file or directory

I had no such problems with version 1.2.4=20

Has someone an idea?

Did you run ldconfig after 'make install'?  Is /usr/local/lib 
in /etc/ld.so.conf (or whatever file your distribution uses to provide local 
libraries to your linker)?

Yes, try run 'ldconfig' as root.

I.e. the system needs to informed about the newly installed library.
