Hello again,

The icom_set_level does seem to have a small problem. Instead of sending =
0x20=20
to enable the attenuator, it sends 0x14 (which is 20 Decimal)

oops, looks like 0x11 command expects data in BCD mode.
This is fixed, and tested on my IC706 this time :-)
