I am not sure. The routine that uses this constant is rig_scan(..)
But this routine has no extra variable to switch on/off the resume
function. That is why I added the constants as it is above.
Maybe we should change it to a function, ie. RIG_FUNC_SCAN_RESUME.
Then we can use rig_set_func(..) to enable/disable the scan resume
function.
Quote from the manual:
"Scan resume ON/OFF
You can select the scan to resume or cancel when re-
ceiving a signal, in the scan set mode. Scan resume
ON/OFF must be set before operating a scan."
