I did the development of the Alinco backend. Sorry, I don't have a DX-77,
so the backend is totally untested. Actually, I wrote the code from the
protocol specification at the following URL:

IOW, I have no idea whether the DX-70 can be controlled remotely.
Maybe someone else on the list may know. You can ask also your Alinco
local rep, or write and e-mail to their site's webmaster.
In the case the remote control needs a mod to work, there's an excellent
