  Good stuff Frank! Would it be possible also to commit the cvs2cl.pl
  script (or whatever it is called), it would be nice to group
  ChangeLog entries by developer/day.

  I'd say the hamlib root directory or the doc/ subdir.
In fact, it doesn't matter much as this script would not be distributed.
