Many HF Kenwood's support setting/getting the RX BW settings (and some, also the TX BW settings too) The TS-870s I have next to me being one such. It works well with Hamlib, but mostly I use Flrig, even via Hamlib! 73. Command 'm' always returns a default value independent of real filter width. Command 'M' doesn't change filter width. I have checked the kenwood config files The functions "kenwood_set_filter_width" and "kenwood_get_filter_width" are only for TS-480 transceivers. But the same commands are used for TS-590S(G) to set/get CW filters value. [image: image.png] Also I found vy strange command in ts590.c config file: "SF%d%011.0f%c". I can't find the SF command in ts590 CAT manual. There are SH/SL commands but not SF [image: image.png] I hope you see the problem. I can confirm this is a bug.... You can subscribe to this issue -- I should have a fix today. New package will be available overnight at https://n0nb.users.sourceforge.net/ or I can send you a new DLL for Windows if you are on Windows. https://github.com/Hamlib/Hamlib/issues/1472 Mike W9DMB On Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at 08:56:21 AM CST, Alexander Anipkin <ale...@gm...> wrote: Ok, thank you For TS-590S it doesn't work. We've never implemented that in Hamlib -- nobody ever asked for it. Not hard to do though. Not sure what you are seeing in caps dump to think that it is there other than some "step" entries which is not the same thing. It can be done with a raw command like this: W \0xfe\0xfe\0x88\0xe0\0x10\0x??\0xfd \0xfd Where the ?? is 00 = 10Hz(1Hz) -- not sure what this really means 01 = 100Hz 02 = 1kHz 03 = 5kHz 04 = 6.25kHz 05 = 9kHz 06 = 10 kHz 07 = 12.5kHz 08 = 20kHz 09 = 25kHz 10 = 50kHz 11 = 100kHz 12 = 1MHz On Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 10:45:57 AM CST, Georgina Joyce <ge...@m0...> wrote: Hello, You may recall that occasionally I control my radio via rigctl owing to being a blind ham.
