hi ! i have an yaesu ft-847. i'm running fedora core 2 how can two programs getting info from one rig?
it's so, that i'm using gmfsk and xlog, and they're both capable of getting info from hamlib. when i run the both at once i run into trouble. :)
Hi! It's possible to share the rig thanks to the RPC daemon. Have a look at the FAQ at http://hamlib.org, it is explained how to proceed.
sorry, but i wasn't aware before looking at the faq (maybe read better next time)
