#10 ft920 in Data USB Narrow mode

When using hamlib 1.2.9 with the ft920, selecting Data USB mode, with narrow filter in, causes hamlib to stop responding to any application requests.

The following changes to /yaesu/ft920.c in the hamlib tree were made:

After line 252, I added the following line:

{RIG_MODE_PKTUSB, kHz(0.5)},/* Alias of MODE_DATA_UN */

After line 908, I added these lines:

case MODE_DATA_UN:
*mode = RIG_MODE_PKTUSB;
norm = FALSE;
break;

These changes fix the problem, and all functions are working.

    Stephane applied the patch and I tested on my FT-920 to confirm it is working in Fldigi.
